Easterseals is proud to be recognized by Newsweek as one of America's Greatest Workplaces 2026.
The national recognition highlights organizations that create strong workplace cultures and invest in their employees. It reflects the dedication of the people who bring Easterseals' mission to life every day.
At Easterseals, employees help children, adults, and families build skills, reach goals, find employment, strengthen independence, and thrive in their communities. Their work changes lives, and a strong workplace helps make that possible.
Supporting employees is essential to delivering high-quality services. When employees have the tools, resources, and support they need, they can focus on what matters most: creating opportunities for people with disabilities and their families.
Newsweek developed the rankings in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group. The study combined more than 7.6 million company reviews, more than 575,000 employee interviews, and millions of additional data points. Researchers evaluated organizations across key areas, including leadership, integrity, employee satisfaction, compensation, and work-life balance. Companies with significant workplace or labor violations were excluded from consideration.
This recognition reflects the people who make Easterseals a great place to work and serve. Every employee plays a role in building a culture rooted in purpose, respect, and inclusion.
As Easterseals continues to grow, we are looking for people who want meaningful work and the chance to make a lasting difference.
