As President, Jeanne Marshall partners with the Chief Executive Officer to lead Easterseals Midwest’s programs, strategy, and operations, ensuring the organization continues to provide exceptional and accredited services to people with disabilities across Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri. Jeanne brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and deep institutional knowledge to her role, having spent nearly four decades advancing the organization’s mission from the ground up. Jeanne will transition into the role of President on May 1, 2026.
Jeanne has been affiliated with Easterseals since 1987, when she began as a volunteer and classroom assistant. Over the following decades, she advanced through a series of program leadership roles including Vice President of Autism Services, Chief Program Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and most recently President.
Jeanne is among the most credentialed leaders in her field. She holds a master's degree in special education from the University of Missouri and a master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada. She is a Board Certified and License Behavior Analyst and holds teaching certifications in Special Education for Learning Disabilities and Behavior Disorders. She has also served 19 years as a surveyor for CARF international, the accrediting body for disability service organizations.
Jeanne is an active contributor to the broader disability community through her board and advisory work. She has served on the Board of Directors for St. Bridget of Kildare School, the Association for Aging with Developmental Disabilities, the Missouri Association for Behavior Analysis, and The Autism Collective. She currently serves on the Missouri Autism Commission and the Starling Board of Directors.
