As Chief Executive Officer, Jeanne Marshall leads Easterseals Midwest's programs, strategy, and operations, ensuring the organization continues to provide exceptional and accredited services to people with disabilities across Illinois, Kansas, and Missouri. Jeanne brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, strategic leadership, and deep institutional knowledge to her role, having spent nearly four decades advancing the organization's mission from the ground up.
Jeanne has been affiliated with Easterseals since 1987, when she began as a volunteer and classroom assistant. Over the following decades, she advanced through a series of program leadership roles before being appointed Chief Program Officer in 2004, a position she held for 20 years. She also served as Vice President of Autism Services, Chief Strategy Officer, and President before stepping into her current role as Chief Executive Officer in 2026.
Jeanne is among the most credentialed leaders in her field. She holds a master's degree in special education from the University of Missouri and a master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada. She is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst and holds lifetime teaching certifications in Special Education. She has also served for nearly 20 years as a surveyor for CARF International, the accrediting body for disability service organizations.
Jeanne is an active contributor to the broader disability community through her board and advisory work. She has served on the Board of Directors for St. Bridget of Kildare School, the Association for Aging with Developmental Disabilities, the Missouri Association for Behavior Analysis, The Autism Collective, and Starling. She recently completed a four year appointment on the Missouri Autism Commission.
