As Vice President of Programs, Jennifer Jordan-Hatten provides leadership across Easterseals Midwest's St. Louis area program services, with a focus on developing strong leadership teams, expanding access to quality services, and ensuring programs remain grounded in the needs of the people they serve. She joined Easterseals Midwest in 2006 and spent nearly 20 years advancing through the organization before being appointed Vice President in April 2025, part of a career in disability and social services spanning more than two decades.
Jennifer's career began in foster care case management before she joined Paraquad, where she coordinated community relations and personal attendant services for adults with physical disabilities. At Easterseals Midwest, she served as a Community Living Coordinator, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Director of Community Living for 12 years before stepping into her current role. That progression from direct service to executive leadership gives her a grounded understanding of the individuals, families, and frontline professionals her team supports.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Social Work from Alcorn State University and a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. She has served as a practicum field instructor for social work students at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and Walden University. She is also a certified CARF surveyor, the accrediting body for disability service organizations.
