Our Services
Most individuals living with disabilities want and deserve meaningful employment, yet only one-third of the disability community is part of the workforce. Too often individuals with disabilities are unemployed or underemployed, and Easterseals is committed to being a part of the solution.

This program helps individuals with disabilities explore job options and discover their strengths through a personalized, guided employment discovery process. -

Journey - Employment-Based Transition Training
Journey is a nine-month program in Kansas City that helps young adults with disabilities gain job skills through classes, internships, and career exploration in community settings. -
LINK Autism Employment Services
This program supports job seekers with autism in building social and communication skills for the workplace through one-on-one pragmatic language sessions, social skill classes, and job development support. -
Project SEARCH / Employment-Based Transition Training
Project SEARCH helps young adults with disabilities build job skills through classroom learning, career exploration, and internships in real community workplaces.
