Welcome to Easterseals.com and other digital platforms operated by Easter Seals, Inc. (an Ohio not-for-profit company herinafter referred to as "Easterseals," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Easterseals Digital Properties, including websites, mobile applications, and online services operated by Easterseals that link to these Terms (collectively, “Easterseals Digital Properties”). 

By accessing or using Easterseals Digital Properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific features, services, or content offered through Easterseals Digital Properties. Please review these Terms carefully, and if you do not agree to them, do not use our Digital Properties.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the County of Cook, Illinois. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections related to venue or forum. 

Miscellaneous 

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Easterseals regarding your use of Easterseals Digital Properties and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
