CHS Free Clinic Day

We’re coming together to celebrate National Speech-Language-Hearing Month in a meaningful way by increasing access to care for our community.

At CHS Free Clinic Day, we’re offering free hearing, speech, and vision screenings for both children and adults. Our licensed audiologists and speech-language pathologists will provide on-the-spot results, along with guidance on next steps so you can feel informed and confident moving forward.

This event is designed with families in mind. While you’re here, we’ll have kid-friendly activities, light snacks and drinks, and helpful resources about available services and supports. It’s a welcoming space where we can connect, learn, and take proactive steps toward better health together.

Appointments are strongly encouraged, as space is limited and walk-ins may be accommodated as available. We look forward to seeing you there.
