We're hiring Community Living Specialists and Floaters (full- and part-time) to support individuals with disabilities across the St. Louis metro area.

Community Living Specialist

$20.00-$22.50 per hour

In this role, you'll provide daily support in individuals' homes and communities, assisting with personal care, life skills, appointments, and social activities. It's practical, hands-on work that builds independence and confidence.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills. Direct support experience preferred.
