We look forward to seeing you at Crafted and Uncorked Kansas City on September 25th in The Congress Ballroom at The Hilton President Hotel. Enjoy an elevated cocktail-style event featuring specialty cocktails, craft beer selections, fine wines, and sweet and savory culinary delights while browsing our silent auction.

Proceeds from the event will fund grants made by the Women's Giving Collective. The Easterseals Women's Giving Collective votes annually to fund innovative special projects proposed by Easterseals staff.

Event Day Details

Event Schedule:

  • 5:30 PM | Sponsor Champagne Reception
  • 6:30 PM | Open Bar, Passed Hors d'Oeuvres, Live Music, Silent Auction, and More
  • 7:15 PM | Event Program, Door Prize Announced, Live Auction, and Paddle Raise
  • 8:30 PM | Auction and Raffle Ticket Sales Close
  • 8:45 PM | Auction Items Available for Pick Up and Raffle Winner Announced
  • 9:00 PM | Event Concludes

Parking: Self-parking and valet parking are available at The Hilton President Hotel. Self-parking is $15 and can be accessed near the hotel’s back drive in the Hilton President Kansas City Parking Garage. Valet parking is $45 and is available at the hotel’s main entrance. Please note that all parking is cash only.

Recommended Attire: We invite guests to dress in cocktail attire for the evening.

Auction and Raffle

The silent auction and raffle will open Wednesday, September 23rd at 4:00 PM and will close on Friday, September 25th at 8:30 PM. Need not be present to win.
