Community Living
We help people with disabilities live independently by providing personalized support, from a few hours a month to 24/7 care.
Overview
We provide community living services that offer peace of mind for families and empower people with disabilities to live as independently as possible. Whether someone needs just a few hours of support each month or around-the-clock care, our team works closely with individuals and their families to determine the level of support that fits best. Our goal is to ensure every person we serve is safe, supported, and able to thrive in a home of their own.
Our Programs
We work closely with each family to find the best support option—whether that means providing services in the family home or helping someone establish a home of their own. Community Living Services can be lifelong and focus on building essential skills like safety, budgeting, housekeeping, personal care, and nutrition. With small staff-to-participant ratios, typically between 1:1 and 1:3, we ensure personalized, consistent support tailored to each individual’s needs.
