Employment
We help thousands of teens and adults with disabilities build skills, gain experience, and find meaningful employment.
Overview
Most individuals living with disabilities want and deserve meaningful employment, yet only one-third of the disability community is part of the workforce. Too often individuals with disabilities are unemployed or underemployed, and Easterseals is committed to being a part of the solution.
Our employment programs offer personalized coaching to develop skills, confidence, and real-world experience necessary to find and keep a job. With a variety of programs to choose from, we prepare each individual for a successful workplace experience.

We offer meaningful Employment Services which include volunteer opportunities, job-skills development, and teen employment programs.
