This program supports employed adults with disabilities, including autism. Our staff members work with employers and the individual to create a comfortable, successful workplace environment for everyone. As the individual becomes more confident and independent, our staff will adjust our support accordingly.

Job Coaching

Staff support individuals in learning the tasks and routines of their new job, building strong working relations with coworkers and supervisors and advocating for their needs. Supports are given based on each individual's unique needs, from 100% support to fading services as the individual builds independence.

Employment Retention

Staff offer individuals long-term support for ongoing success, dealing with changes and challenges in the workplace, maintaining and improving performance, and advancing their career.
